4600 El Camino Fire Relief Fund Distribution

A devastating fire occurred on Christmas morning in Los Altos, impacting several businesses within a building.
In response, The Los Altos Chamber established a general Los Altos Fire Relief fund to support those affected.
Please note that the funds collected for this relief effort were minimal, totaling as $1,635 as of 2/27.
We also promoted all available GoFundMe pages which generated over $104,791 for individual businesses.
The Chamber found that individual GoFundMe funds performed much better than the general fund and as such, we also promoted these via our website, social media and email.

This form is specifically for licensed business owners who were impacted by the fire and operated within the affected building at the time of the incident.
We understand the challenges many of you are still facing, and it is our intention to distribute the available funds equitably among eligible applicants.

In order to distribute the funds as quickly as possible, please complete this form and submit it no later than March 15, 2024, to be considered for relief funds.
Please help us in also passing along this form to any business that we have not been able to reach.
Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.

The $1635 collected for the Los Altos Fire Relief effort are limited and will be divided equally among confirmed eligible applicants.
Proof of business ownership within the affected building on Christmas morning may be requested for verification purposes.
Submitting this form does not guarantee receipt of relief funds.
