The Cherry Orchard, Presented by Los Altos Stage Company

The Cherry Orchard, a play by Anton Chekhov (and adapted by Tom Stoppard), will be presented by the Los Altos Stage Company with showtimes from April 16th to May 10th.

This play delves deeply into the emotional landscape of the Russian aristocracy’s decline and the burgeoning middle class at the dawn of the 20th century. It poignantly follows the Ranevskaya family as they return to their beloved ancestral estate, facing the imminent auction that threatens to strip them of their heritage due to overwhelming debts.
