Los Altos Chamber of Commerce Business Delegation to the United Arab Emirates 

The Silicon Valley Global Trade Organization, as part of the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce, is organizing a Trade Mission to the United Arab Emirates, October 10th – 16th, 2023. This event will run in tandem with the GITEX Global Technology Conference, October 16-20.

“Our first trade mission in October of 2022 was a great success. We met with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, to understand their goals for the future: Flying cars by 2025, 400 self-driving taxis by 2030, and a sustainable city by 2050. There are opportunities in AI, transportation, greentech, cybersecurity, web 3.0, healthcare, logistics, and more,” said Kim Mosely, CEO of the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce.

“Our trade missions create opportunities for U.S.-owned Silicon Valley business organizations to export their products and services- -promoting economic development, entrepreneurship, business expansion, and job creation. This is especially beneficial to small and medium enterprises seeking investment or partnership, or large companies that are looking to establish a stronger presence,” Mosley said.

The Business Delegation will spend approximately 5 days in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah meeting with relevant stakeholders in addition to business networking, and optional cultural engagements and excursions. The Chamber will work to secure meetings and a reception with officials listed below in addition to others:
