Please join us in 6:30 to 8:00 pm in the Grand Oak Room at the Los Altos Community Center, 97 Hillview Avenue, Los Altos. Hosted by the local chapters of DAR (Los Altos and Gaspar de Portola), the event will remember the April 19, 1775 battle in Lexington, Massachusetts that began our country's march towards independence. The evening's entertainment will feature presenters wearing period costumes sharing what really happened leading up to the battle, video of the annual reenactment in Lexington, live music, myth-busting facts, sing-along with music from the time, prizes, hors d'oeuvres, and more!
