The City of Los Altos is working on preliminary feasibility and site planning that would reimagine parking plaza 1 (the parking plaza behind The Post) and half of parking plaza 2 (the parking plaza behind Rustic House Oyster Bar & Grill) for a public park, with two levels of underground parking under the park and Second Street which would replace surface level parking with additional parking stalls for the public.
