79th Annual Los Altos Kiwanis Pet Parade

The beloved Los Altos Kiwanis Pet Parade returns on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM in Downtown Los Altos! A cherished community tradition since 1947, this free event brings together hundreds of participants and their pets—from dogs and cats to birds, turtles, and more—for a fun-filled parade along First, Main, and State Streets. Registration is required for all participants, whether joining as a group or individually, so be sure to sign up in advance and look out for your assembly area details the week of the event.

Assembly area assignment emails will go out on Monday before the Los Altos Kiwanis Pet Parade. Whether you are with a group or solo with your BFF Pet, registration is required.
