DESCRIPTION:Government Affairs with Neysa Fligor\n\nJoin us for our October Government Affairs meeting featuring Neysa Fligor\, current Vice Mayor of Los Altos\, former Mayor\, and candidate for Santa Clara County Assessor. This session will be a great opportunity to hear from Neysa in an informal setting\, learn more about her candidacy\, and engage with her directly.\n\nNeysa has been endorsed by current Assessor Larry Stone\, who has served in the role since 1995. While many in our community know Neysa through her years of service in Los Altos\, this is a chance to get to know her in the context of this countywide position.\n\n\n\n\nThe Los Altos Chamber Government Affairs Committee studies\, analyzes & formulates positions on issues affecting the Los Altos business community\, makes recommendations to the Board of Directors on public policy positions\, monitors government actions & communicates chamber positions to appropriate officials to encourage positive actions\, attends city council or commission meetings and expresses chamber opinions.
